Woman is killed in possible DUI

A 19- year- old woman was killed early Sunday after her vehicle was struck by a suspected drunk driver in Northridge, authorities said.

The woman’s Ford Mustang was hit by a Honda Civic as she traveled through the intersection of Roscoe Boulevard and Lindley Avenue about 3: 40 a. m., said LAPD Officer Liliana Preciado.

She was declared dead at the scene.

The other driver, a 21year- old man, is in stable condition at a local hospital. He was arrested on suspi- cion of driving while under the inf luence, Preciado said.
