Jobs report to be released

-

Economists expect the Labor Department’s monthly employment report, to be released Thursday, will show that 210,000 new jobs were created in June, a solid number but well below the robust 280,000 jobs created in May. The unemployment rate should drop a tick to 5.4%. The report will likely keep the Federal Reserve on track to raise its key benchmark rate later this year.
