Arizona: Carson Palmer has won his last eight starts, the longest active streak by an NFL quarterbac­k, and 15 of the last 17 games he has played.

Atlanta: Matt Ryan threw for 342 yards with no intercepti­ons the last time he faced Dallas. He leads the NFC with 661 yards passing. Carolina: The Panthers have given up an NFL-low 3.64 yards per play on first down. Carolina is giving up only 13 points per game, also the fewest in the league.

Chicago: Quarterbac­k Jimmy Clausen will start against Seatttle in place of Jay Cutler (hamstring). Receiver Alshon Jeffery (hamstring) also has been ruled out.

Dallas: Brandon Weeden will make his second career start for the Cowboys in place of quarterbac­k Tony Romo, who is out for at least seven games.

Detroit: Tackle LaAdrian Waddle is expected to make his season debut against Denver. He suffered a knee ligament partial tear in December.

Green Bay: The Packers are 0-3 against Kansas City at Lambeau Field. Rookie cornerback Marcus Peters has an intercepti­on in each of his first two games.

Minnesota: Adrian Peterson set a game record with 296 yards rushing the last time San Diego played at Minnesota. He had three touchdowns too.

New Orleans: Luke McCown will start at quarterbac­k in place of Drew Brees (shoulder), who hadn’t sat out because of injury since joining the Saints. New York Giants: Running back Rashad Jennings’ blocked punt out of the end zone Thursday gave the Giants’ their first safety since December 24, 2011.

Philadelph­ia: Running back DeMarco Murray is expected to play despite suffering a hamstring injury at practice. The Eagles are 9-0 against the New York Jets.

San Francisco: Running back Carlos Hyde leads the NFL with 211 yards rushing. The 49ers were the last team to beat Arizona quarterbac­k Carson Palmer, in 2013.

Seattle: Safety Kam Chancellor is expected to play after ending his contract holdout Wednesday. Seattle has rushed for 100 yards 13 games in a row.

St. Louis: Todd Gurley, the first running back selected in this year’s draft, could make his debut against Pittsburgh. He had knee surgery in November.

Tampa Bay: End Jacquies Smith had three sacks and forced two fumbles last week. Tackle Gerald McCoy has 81⁄2 sacks in his last 10 games.

Washington: Rookie receiver Rashad Ross returned a kick 10 yards for a touchdown against the Giants, tying the Redskins record. He has 287 return yards.
