Keith Allen also stars. 9 p.m. Syfy Blue Bloods The police drama’s seventh season opens with Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) on the witness stand before a prosecutor (guest star Michael Imperioli) who wants answers in Danny’s shooting of a serial killer. 10 p.m. CBS.
Van Helsing Kelly Overton stars as Vanessa Helsing — daughter of the legendary vampire hunter of “Dracula” fame — who comes back from the dead to lead humans against their bloodsucking overlords in this new supernatural thriller.
