Dynamic: Honda, an eight-term congressman and reliable liberal vote in the House, is facing a stiff challenge from fellow Democrat Ro Khanna, a former tech industry lawyer and Obama appointee. Honda has the backing of most establishment Democrats, while Khanna has drawn support from Silicon Valley executives in this high-profile rematch from 2014.
