Re “Burnout? Breathe in,” May 29
As a longtime activist, I appreciated your frontpage article on dealing with burnout and stress. Of course, it’s important to deal with daily stress exacerbated by President Trump. Practicing meditation or other tension-releasing techniques can help a lot.
But activists must also learn to deal with the sometimes deeper stress that comes when Democrats, Greens and independents are fighting among themselves. Jerry Rubin Santa Monica
