Culinary Genius Five amateur home chefs compete to be named the culinary genius of the day in the premiere of this threeweek preview of the British cooking series, executive produced by Gordon Ramsay and hosted by Samantha Harris, airing weekdays at 4:30 p.m. on KCOP The Bacheloret­te It’s already known that Rachel Lindsay leaves the show as an engaged woman, so it’s a matter of who popped the question as the series ends its 13th round. Chris Harrison hosts the three-hour episode that concludes with the “After the Final Rose” segment and features a preview of “Bachelor in Paradise.” 8 p.m. ABC So You Think You Can Dance The season’s live episodes (in the eastern part of the country, tape delay in the rest) begin as the 10 contestant­s who have made it to this point are named. Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and Vanessa Hudgens offer comments and Cat Deeley is the host. 8 p.m. Fox Hooten & the Lady Ella’s (Jessica Hynes) disappeara­nce leads Hooten and Alex (Michael Landes, Ophelia Lovibond) to Ethiopia to search for her. Jane Seymour, Jonathan Bailey and Shaun Parkes also star in this new episode. 9 p.m. KTLA Preacher Fans who have been scratching their heads over the very odd relationsh­ip between the vampire Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) and the elderly and infirm Denis (Ronald Guttman) will get some answers in this new episode 9 p.m. AMC Man v. Food Casey Webb heads to New York City for the best in big city eats in the opener of the two-episode season premiere. 9 and 9:30 p.m. Travel Midnight, Texas Vampires arrive looking for Lem (Peter Mensah), and Manfred and Olivia (Francois Arnaud, Arielle Kebbel) try to determine why. Parisa Fitz-Henley, Dylan Bruce, Sarah Ramos, Jason Lewis and Yul Vazquez also star. 10 p.m. NBC Loaded Watto (Nick Helm) is thrilled when his estranged mother suddenly turns up, especially since she seems oblivious to his recent acquisitio­n of wealth. Even better, she claims to have made a fortune of her own. Ewan (Jonny Sweet), however, is suspicious. 10 p.m. AMC People of Earth When Gerry (Luka Jones) returns to Earth, he’s dismayed to learn Yvonne (Da’Vine Joy Randolph) has a hard and fast rule against dating other “experience­rs,” which obviously puts their romance in jeopardy. Wyatt Cenac, Nasim Pedrad and Michael Cassidy also star. 10:30 p.m. TBS

Brillo Box (3 Cents Off) Lisanne Skyler’s documentar­y, which premieres the week of Andy Warhol’s 89th birthday, chronicles how a Warhol sculpture that originally sold for $200, was bought by Skyler’s parents for $1,000 in 1969.
