Prolific actress Missi Pyle is poised for a quick sale in the hills of Sherman Oaks.

The actress’ traditional-style home is now listed as “pending” after listing in late July for $899,000, according to the MLS.

Set up from the street, the crisp-white house was built in 1949 and has canyon, city-light and mountain views.

Hardwood and ceramic tile floors, arched doorways and plantation shutters are among features

of the two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house, which has fireplaces in the living room and den. French doors lead from the dining room to a wraparound porch. Expansive patio space, a spa, planters and mature trees fill out the backyard. There’s also an attached garage.

Leah Lail of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage holds the listing.

Pyle, 44, has acting credits that include “As Good as It Gets” (1997), “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” (2005) and “Gone Girl” (2014). This year she will appear in the action-adventure movie “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.”

She bought the house three years ago for $729,000, public records show.
