Big game hot spots in Las Vegas

Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas, which has an enviable outdoor location overlookin­g the Strip, celebrates college football with viewing parties every Saturday through the season. The sports bar features a Pigskin Pig Roast — a whole pig slow-roasted. Wash that down with one of 100 beers. Info: www.beerpark.com Cabo Wabo Cantina at the Miracle Mile Shops screens NFL as well as select NCAA games. The list of TVs sounds like the inventory from an electronic­s store: about 30 high-def screens including a 200-incher. On Sunday evenings, the cantina hosts Football Fiesta with a $55 special that includes five beers and five shots of Espolo Blanco tequila. Purposebui­lt by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, a big football fan, this place features his tailgate-style menu. The Manly, named burger of the year by GQ magazine, is topped with house-made beer-cheddar sauce, bacon lardons (which many consider even better than bacon) and smokedsalt onion strings. They’ll be smoking whole pigs each week on the patio and tempting guests by offering free samples.
