Clipper is courting a buyer in the ’bu

-

The Clippers’ DeAndre Jordan has listed his home in Malibu for sale at $6.5 million.

The two-story contemporary sits at the end of its own gated driveway in the guard-gated Serra Retreat neighborhood.

Extensively remodeled, the house features high ceilings, wideplank wood floors and full smarthome and security systems. Massive pocket doors open to a covered terrace for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Living and dining rooms, a movie theater, five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms lie within the 4,600 square feet of interior space. A wet bar finished in reclaimed-wood siding sits off the kitchen, which has been upgraded with sleek custom cabinetry and a broad island.

Off the second-floor master suite is a private balcony.

Outside, the fenced and treelined backyard centers on a swimming pool with a tiled spa. A patio with built-in seating, a detached guest suite, lawns and professional landscaping fill out the more than half-acre setting.

Views from the property take in surrounding mountains and tree lines.

Jordan, 29, has provided a steady presence at center for the Clippers since being selected in the second round of the 2008 draft. The 6-foot-11 Jordan has twice led the NBA in total rebounds and was an All-Star selection in 2017.

Jordan Cohen of RE/Max Olson & Associates holds the listing.
