Fifth time’s a charm for actor
Kevin Nealon. After five relists over the last three years, the “Saturday Night Live” alum and his wife, actress Susan Yeagley, have sold their home in Pacific Palisades for $4.85 million.
Found half a mile from the beach, the corner-lot property is anchored by a Georgian-inspired traditional house of 5,600 square feet. Plantation shutters and white-painted brick accents boost the home’s curb appeal. Living spaces awash in white oak floors, detailed millwork and paneled walls sit beyond the front door.
In three stories of living space are seven bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, formal and informal dining areas and a living room set beneath coffered ceilings. An indooroutdoor family room adjoins a chef ’s kitchen with a 12-foot center island.
Upstairs, the master suite expands to a spa bathroom and spacious deck with mountain views. On the lower level, an entertainment area opens to a gym, kitchenette and three bedrooms.

Nealon, 65, appeared on “Saturday Night Live” in the 1980s and ’90s and had a five-year stint on the show hosting the “Weekend Update” sketch. He currently stars in the sitcom “Man with a Plan,” and his past credits include shows “Weeds” and “Hiller and Diller.”
Yeagley, 48, has credits that include the sitcoms “Rules of Engagement” and “Parks and Recreation.” This year, she appeared on “Single Parents.”

A little less spice in the Hollywood Hills
Spice Girls singer Melanie Brown and her former husband,
producer Stephen Belafonte, have sold their marital home in the Hollywood Hills for $5.55 million.
That’s about $3.45 million less than what the former couple, who divorced in 2017, sought when they first listed the four-story home two years ago at $8.995 million. They bought the place in 2014 for $4.34 million.
Built in 1928 and redesigned in 2016, the contemporary has more than 4,600 square feet of glitzy living space, including four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, Baccarat fixtures, high ceilings, custom lighting, a bar, a theater and a game room. As one might expect of a pop superstar, there’s also a recording studio.

while maximizing natural light. The master suite spans the entire top floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows on each level take in city light and treetop views.

Belafonte, 44, produced “Mel B: It’s a Scary World” (2010) for television.
His film work includes “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call — New Orleans” (2009) and “Mutant Chronicles” (2008).

The longtime family home of the late Rose Marie, who costarred in “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” has come on the market in the Chisholm Estates neighborhood of Van Nuys at $1.049 million.
The 1949 ranch classic, with many of the original features and decor from the era, is where Marie lived for nearly 70 years.
The actress-singer often entertained at the single-story house, hosting the likes of Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vincent Price and Van Dyke in the wood-paneled saloon, which features a custom bar. On one particular occasion, Ball and Arnaz performed a scene from their 1953 film “The Long, Long Trailer” in the home’s living room.
Mary Tyler Moore, Burl Ives, Betty White and Tim Conway were among other frequent guests.

Melissa Rivers has sold her Pacific Palisades home of more than two decades for a little over $5.223 million.
Set on a corner lot near the Paseo Miramar trailhead, the hedged and gated house dates from 1953 but has been renovated and expanded through the years. A stone walkway crosses through a grassy front yard to reach an arched porch.

She is the author of “The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief, and Manipulation.”

New groove away from the gridiron
Retirement seems to be going well for Rob Gronkowski. After selling his Boston penthouse this year, the former New England Patriots tight end has bought a condo in Miami for $1.7 million.
He bought the sleek pad from retired soccer star John Carew, who played with Aston Villa and the Norwegian national team during his career.
The corner-unit condo takes in sweeping city and ocean views from the 39th floor of the Marquis, a 63-story skyscraper on Biscayne Bay. Composed of two units, it has five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in 3,850 square feet.
Expansive 20-foot ceilings top the whitewashed living spaces, which pair tile floors with walls of glass.
Wood accents in the kitchen and a black backsplash in the living room break up the monochromatic color scheme. Through sliding-glass doors, a deck extends the space outside.
Upstairs, the master suite overlooks the main level from a floor-to-ceiling window. A bathroom with shades of gray and a glass shower sits off the master bedroom.
