New business establishing has entered “the era of instant approval” in Qingdao

“Getting approval instantly” is the highest standard for government administration service. The intelligent registration system, jointly developed by Qingdao Municipal Administration Examination and Approval Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, will promote the transformation of electronic registration to intelligent registration in the whole process and build up an international, law-based and facilitation-oriented business environment. Since December 2, Qingdao has officially launched online intelligent registration system. It marks that the registration for newly-established enterprises and individual business will embrace the era of “instant approval”.

Applicants can log onto the website of “Qingdao Integrated Intelligent Platform for Business Opening and Cancellation and opt for “I Want to Open My Own Business” for user registration and real name authentication, fill in registration information by themselves and get their enterprise names automatically investigated and verified; Information filling and submitting including business scope and address are subject to self-service with standard modules, documents including application forms and articles of incorporation shall be generated automatically by the system. All information filled and submitted are subject to automatic examination and verification by the system and the entire business opening process is subject to no manual intervention.

After automatic examination and approval, the system will directly issue electronic business license to the legal representative (the person in charge), which has identical legal effect as the paper-version business license.
