Porzingis, Hardaway lead the Mavericks

Kristaps Porzingis had 38 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Dallas Mavericks to a 112-103 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Monday night at Indianapolis.

Tim Hardaway Jr. contributed 25 points for Dallas, which played without injured All-Star Luka Doncic (ankle) for the third consecutive game.

Domantas Sabonis led the Pacers with 26 points to go with 12 rebounds and nine assists.

Nikola Vucevic scored 22 points, Aaron Gordon had 16 points and 12 rebounds, and the Magic ended a skid at five games. Terry Rozier scored 18 points for the Hornets, who have lost 11 of their last 12 games.

Boston 123, at Atlanta 115:

Jayson Tatum scored 28 points and Gordon Hayward had 24 to help the Celtics win for the fourth time in a row. Trae Young led the Hawks with 34 points, his 25th game this season with at least 30 points.

Jimmy Butler scored 38 points against his former team before getting the fourth quarter off. The 76ers, who have an NBA-best 22-2 record at home, lost for the 10th time in their last 12 road games.

at Brooklyn 119, Phoenix 97:

Caris LeVert tied a career high with 29 points in his first start in nearly three months, helping the Nets overcome the absence of Kyrie Irving, who is expected to be out at least for this week after spraining an ankle Saturday at Washington.

Marcus Morris Sr. scored 26 points, including two baskets and two free throws in overtime to help put the game away. Kevin Love had 33 points and 13 rebounds for the Cavaliers.

at Memphis 96, Detroit 82:

Jonas Valanciunas had 26 points and 17 rebounds, and the Grizzlies led by 19 points in the fourth quarter. Only a three-point basket in the closing seconds kept the Pistons from a season low in points.

at Sacramento 113, Minnesota 109:

De’Aaron Fox had 31 points, Bogdan Bogdanovic made five free throws in the final 69 seconds, and the Kings sent the Timberwolves to their 12th consecutive defeat. Bogdanovic scored 23 points.

Golden State 125, at Washington 117:

Alec Burks scored 30 points and the Warriors won their second game in a row, both on the road. Bradley Beal led the Wizards with 43 points, his seventh consecutive game with at least 30 points,
