The wire-to-wire victory made Mickelson the 20th player to win on the 50-and-over tour in his debut . ... Tiger Woods is unveiling his first public golf course design with an exhibition that will be the closest golf gets to a Ryder Cup match this year. The Payne’s Valley Cup will be played Sept. 22 at Payne’s Valley Golf Course at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Mo. The NFL has launched an investigat­ion into allegation­s of sexual harassment involving Washington Football Team owner Daniel Snyder and other team executives. In a Washington Post story published Wednesday, 25 female former employees of the team made harassment accusation­s against Snyder and others, citing incidents that included illicit video of cheerleade­rs in various stages of undress during a calendar shoot.

The Post report comes a month after 17 women made similar accusation­s to the newspaper about the team.
