Lakers interview Jackson, Stotts

-

The Lakers interviewed former Portland coach Terry Stotts and former Golden State coach Mark Jackson in their search to replace Frank Vogel, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Assistants Darvin Ham (Milwaukee) and Adrian Griffin (Toronto) also have interviewed for the job.

Stotts didn’t coach last season after going 402-318 in nine seasons with the Trail Blazers, leading them to the conference finals in 2019. Jackson, a player turned TV analyst, hasn’t coached since 2014. In three seasons he went 121-109.
