Heping Industry Park "industrial skyscraper" project launched
On the morning of June 26, the Heping Industry Park project, ranking among the first batch of pilot projects of “industrial skyscraper” in Shenzhen, was officially launched and Shenzhen Longhua Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. released the “Longyou+” industry service system, in a sign that the Group has comprehensively expanded outstanding industry space and improved services in business attraction and operation in a down-to-earth manner.
Wang Wei, Party Secretary of Longhua District, Tan Dai, deputy director of Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, Wang Aichao, director of Urban Renewal and Land Preparation Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and district leaders Xu Zhibin and Shang Pengtao attended the event and jointly pressed the “kick-off button” for the Heping Industry Park “industrial skyscraper” project and the “Longyou+” industry service system of Longhua Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd.
According to Wang Wei, the Heping Industry Park “industrial skyscraper” project is a concrete measure to implement the municipal Party committee and government’s decision on the construction of modern industry systems as well as a milestone in bolstering high-quality industry development. Therefore, the project will certainly play an exemplary and leading role in the expansion of industry space in Longhua District.
Located in an important node of Longlan Smart Manufacturing Corridor, the Heping Industry Park, boasts a planned capacity construction area of approximately 67,000 square meters, comprising 62,000 square meters of plant buildings and 5,000 squares of supporting commerce and dormitory-type indemnificatory housing, and a total investment of RMB890mln, and is scheduled to be put into service by 2026. With forward-looking planning and designing, the project will prioritize new generation information technology and underline semiconductor and integrated circuits and futuristic industry, provide high-quality, low-rent and customizable industry space and build a park for new and high-tech industries of strategic importance to sustain the construction of a modern economic system in Longhua District in terms of space.
