CONNECTING THE CARR WAY DENISE CARR

GETTING PERSONAL

-

When Denise Carr-vernacchia thought about making the switch from her business consulting role at a Fortune 500 company to real estate — the jump wasn't all that difficult. "Construction, design, and real estate investment run deep in my family roots. My father was a general contractor, my sister and mother operate an interior design business, and my grandparents owned multi-residential and commercial properties. I was raised in the world of real estate and realized the potential of real estate investment at an early age."

As a lifetime resident of Los Gatos, Denise is dedicated to assisting others with their real estate goals. With 23+ years serving local communities, she has received various awards including, Top 1% of Realtors® Nationwide (Realtrends). Denise is passionate, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about finding her clients' dream home.

"I have an authentic concern for people and their lives. It is something so personal and that really matters. I'm in a career where I get to help people change their future."

You will see Denise going the extra mile for her clients by offering exclusive concierge services. Her end-to-end home preparation solution includes working with vetted service providers, stagers, high-end photographers, and a marketing team to highlight a home at its best while reducing stress for her clients. Denise’s unique combination of home renovation knowledge and strong negotiation skills have prompted investors to seek her expertise over the years.

Managing her own career and caring for her family of five hasn't always been easy. Denise and her husband, Ralph, have created a formula that works for them to keep family in the forefront knowing that real estate can be a 24/7 job.

"For us, the key is following our simple belief that family comes first! Sunday family dinners, spending one-on-one time with our kids and relaxing on the beach is necessary to remain grounded and connected." Whether on the sports field or in the office, Denise recognizes the need to remain flexible to get the job done.

Denise is excited to enter the NEW YEAR and feels fortunate to continue serving the community in 2023!
