Live Sage Arkansas’ newest multifamily property management group created

Sage Partners and Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company of Omaha, Nebraska, have partnered to form Live

Sage, a residential management company specializing in multifamily communities in Arkansas where demand for professional multifamily property management has never been greater.

Live Sage is managed by Tanya Shapiro, senior vice president of The Lund Company and the executive teams of both The Lund Company and Sage Partners, including Scott Audrain, executive vice president/CFO of Sage Partners. Live Sage is led locally by Sabrina Roper, regional property manager who has more than a decade of experience in multifamily management and extensive market knowledge.

Live Sage currently manages 1100 units consisting of Crystal Flats and The Aviator communities in Bentonville, as well as Pinnacle Heights in Rogers.
