Cheryl Rash, owner of Malvern Florist and Gifts on Main in downtown Malvern has continued a longtime family business tradition.

As a family business, Rash has enjoyed serving the community for many years. Malvern Florist and Gifts has proudly served area customers since 1967.

The business has been in her family since she was growing up. Even as a child, she worked and helped her parents serve the community in the florist business. Since the passing of her parents, Rash mentioned she bought the business in 2005 to carry on the family tradition and keep serving the community in Malvern— where she was born and raised.

At the local florist shop, there are several varieties of fresh flowers and creative gift ideas to suit any style or budget.

It is noted by the employees at Malvern Florist and Gifts shop that–– it is their pleasure to assist the community with any local, as well as worldwide deliveries and that corporate accounts are always welcome. The shop offers daily floral delivery to local funeral homes and hospitals.

The shop also offers an online shopping experience with secure 24-hour ordering right at anyone's fingertips. If preferred, customers may call the shop to place orders directly at 501-332-5631.

Rash with a dedicated working crew— Kay Fisher (sister) and Emery Ashcraft (great-niece) are a design staff to help customers plan bouquets, arrangements and onsite decorating for a dream wedding or any special occasion, large or small.

The shop also is prepared for any occasion, anytime of year. Customers may choose from the shop's green plants, blooming plants and dish gardens for a gift that adds life to any room, office or outdoor space.

It is noted that employees at the shop also can create custom fruit baskets, gourmet baskets and assorted gift baskets. Malvern Florist and Gifts provides arrangements for funerals and customers can always depend on the staff to help with ordering flowers after a friend or loved one passes.

"We will design and deliver a funeral arrangement that beautifully conveys your expression of sympathy and serves as a lovely memorial to the deceased," noted by the shop.

Rash said during holidays throughout the year is the busiest time for the business. She mentioned, several family members come to help and contribute their talents during the holidays, which makes it a special occasion for a unique florist shop family business.
