Salute to Law Enforcement
How many years have you worked in law enforcement? I started my career in Law Enforcement in 2001.
Why did you decide to become a police officer? I became a police officer because I always envisioned myself with a job that I could see instant results in helping people. Police work is just one of the jobs where one day you are helping someone file a missing person report, the next you are getting an intoxicated driver of the road.
What do you enjoy most about your job? The part of the job I enjoy most is the feeling you get when you save someone’s life, or when you can get a person out of a bad situation.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I enjoy doing more mentally stimulating activities. For me those include playing guitar, playing Xbox, and now and then you catch me at the gym.
How many years have you worked in law enforcement? I started at the Malvern Police Department in December of 2017. Before becoming a law enforcement officer, I had six years of experience within the Arkansas Army National Guard. I was in the 216th Military Police Company.
Why did you decide to become a police officer? I decided to seek a career in law enforcement because I can positively impact my community. Plus, police officers are complex problem solvers; it's very humbling to assist individuals in conflict by finding practical solutions.
What do you enjoy most about your job? The thing I enjoy the most is the camaraderie within the police department. I also appreciate that the job is never routine.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? In my off time, I enjoy hunting and fishing. I am also attending college to obtain my Bachelor of Science in criminology, focusing on forensics.

Why did you decide to become a police officer? I knew when I was a kid that this is what I wanted to do.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Being able to help those in need and make a difference in my community.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Spending time with my family and being in the outdoors. Camping and overlanding.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? I enjoy playing the drums at my church, making Youtube videos, fishing, and working out.
