Jr. Lions back on the track in Genoa Central Jr. Relays
The Bismarck Jr. Lions track team was back at it Tuesday competing in the Genoa Central Jr. Relays.
The Jr. Lions competed in a number of different events and placed fifth overall in the meet. Individually, Ben Keithley led with 19.75 points and placed first in the Pole Vault with a height of 8’5”.
Full results are as follows:
110 Meter Hurdles- Johnny Diaz finished with a time of 21.86 and Ryan Woodall finished with a time of 23.00.
300 Meter Hurdles- J. Diaz finished fourth with a time of 50.08 and Caed Keithley finished with a time of 55.52
100 Meter Dash- Joseph Roberson finished with a time of 12.44 and Dalton Daniels finished with a time of 12.77.
200 Meter Dash- Daniels finished 8th with a time of 26.59 and Roberson finished with a time of 26.84.
400 Meter Dash-B. Keithley finished fourth with a time of 1:00.01 and Sergio Diaz finished with a time of 1:06.00.
800 Meter Run-Kevin Diaz finished seventh with a time of 2:38, S. Diaz finished with a time of 2:47, and Woodall finished with a time of 2:49.
1600 Meter Run-Porter finished third with a time of 5:40, K. Diaz finished seventh with a time of 5:57, and Marshal Keenan finished with a time of 7:05.
4X100 Meter Relay- The Jr. Lions finished second with a time of 49.48. The relay team consisted of J. Diaz, Roberson, Daniels, and B. Keithley.
4X400 Meter Relay- The Jr. Lions finished third with a time of 4:15. The relay team consisted of B. Keithley, C. Keithley, J. Diaz, and Porter.
4X800 Meter Relay- The Jr. Lions finished fourth with a time of 10:39. The relay team consisted of Porter, Gabe Digiacomo, C. Keithley, and K. Diaz.
Shot Put- J. Diaz had a distance of 27’11” and Micah Vess had a distance of 27’8”.
Discuss- Digiacomo and Vess competed.
Pole Vault- B. Keithley finished first with a height of 8’6” and C. Keithley finished sixth with a height of 6’6”.
Long Jump- Roberson finished seventh with a length of 16’5” and Porter competed.
High Jump- Woodall had a height of 4’8” and Daniles had a height of 4’6”.
