Virginia Lucille Morrison, 91, of Malvern passed away December 4, 2021 surrounded by family. Lucille was born June 3, 1930 in Meeker OK, the oldest of seven children to Henry and Sylvia Turner Bowen. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two spouses, Carl Bourque and Bud Morrison; siblings, Jess, David, Dewayne Bowen and Zella Felty; children, Larry Russell and Jean Speer and three grandchild­ren.

Lucille was a Christian in Faith and attended Poyen Assembly of God. She worked in retail for many years and finally retired from Walmart as a Door greeter. Lucille loved her family, shopping, playing Bunco, and traveling. She enjoyed Christmas and always had lots of decoration­s. Lucille loved her cats, especially Whiskers who will miss her greatly.

Left to cherish her memories are daughter, Janet (David) Baum of Malvern, Terry (Sheila) Russell of Hot Springs and Phillip Russell of Jonesboro; sister, Joyce (Carrol) Wetheringt­on of Malvern; 16 grandchild­ren, numerous great grandchild­ren and great-great grandchild­ren, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 8 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm with services beginning at 2:30pm at Regency Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Pennington officiatin­g. Burial to follow at Rockport Memorial Gardens. Pallbearer­s are Ryan Davies, Jeremy Davies, Seth Alexander, Don Bowen, Madison Jefferson and Keith Elliot. A special thanks to Hospice Home Care of Hot Springs especially Bridget Robinson CNA for all the special care she provided.
