Talmadge Anderson, 84, of Sheridan passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Arbor Oaks Nursing Home. He was born in Portagevil­le, MO on September 15, 1937, the son of the late William

Boyd Anderson and Odessa Pitman Anderson. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death his siblings, J. O. Anderson, Gerald Anderson, Robert Anderson, Cecil Anderson, Doug Anderson, Vaudean Bellomy, Misha Anderson and Shirley Aneita Kelley. Talmadge enjoyed playing pool, riding his motorcycle, riding horses and going to the rodeo and I- 30 speedway. He was a member of ABATE, American Pool Players Associatio­n and a member of the FOE ( Fraternal Order of Eagles). Talmadge was a member of Church of Word in Sheridan.

Survivors include his children, Byron Anderson ( Greta) of Florida, Ronald Anderson ( Debbie) of Little Rock, Michael Anderson ( Audrey) of Oklahoma, Cathy Pendleton ( Joe) of Oklahoma and Cynthia Mcpike ( David) of

Malvern; brother, William Butch Anderson of Georgia; sister, Carolyn Mattoon of Lonsdale and numerous grandchild­ren, great grandchild­ren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, January 21 from 6: 00- 8: 00pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Services will be Saturday, January 22 at 10: 00am at Regency Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Draper and Byron Anderson officiatin­g. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Bismarck. Pallbearer­s will be Danny Draper, David Mcpike, Jr., Derick Williams, Brandon Bainger, Chris Barker and Edward Christie, Jr. Honorary pallbearer­s will be Steven Thurman and Scott Anderson
