Kathryn Marie Wylie Green Grano, age 79, of Malvern passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at NPMC. She was born May 30, 1943, in Little Rock, the daughter of the late Gurvis and Eulalia Walker Wylie. She was a 1961 graduate of Malvern High School. Kathryn was of the Baptist faith and had not been able to attend church due to her health. Kathryn had been owner and operator of Grano’s Something Special Florals for 7 years in Crossett, Arkansas. She enjoyed reading Amish books, crocheting for her family, and crafting with silk flowers. She enjoyed watching the clouds and caring for animals, but her greatest love and enjoyment was her children and grandchild­ren. She was always thinking of them and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by sister, Vivian Fetters; brothers- in- law, Ray Fetters and John Rous and the father of her children, Billy Ray Green.

She is survived by her husband of thirty- three years, Charles “Jack” Grano of Malvern; sons, Randy Green ( Angie) of Washington State and Darren Green ( Crystie) of Bismarck; daughter, Shelly Hathcock ( JR) of Social Hill; seven grandchild­ren, Joshua Verser, Jacob Green ( Heidi), Caleb Green ( Jestina), Jason Hathcock ( Taylor), Alicia Waldroff ( Eric), Samantha Green and Max Green ( Krystal); nine great- grandchild­ren, three sisters- in- laws, Stella Rous, Tish Landers and Sylvia Howard ( Tom) and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, from 12noon until 2PM at Regency.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, February 23, at 2PM in the Regency Funeral Home Chapel with her grandson, Brother Jason Hathcock officiatin­g. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearer­s are Jason Hathcock, Zane Hathcock, JR Hathcock and Eric Waldroff.

The family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers, Niki Weaver, Cecelia Echols and the Pines Staff for their loving care, Mike Mcgee, Judy Huey and Dianna Busher.
