9:02 a.m. Someone called to report an animal issue on Chateau Road and said they would like assistance with removing a dead animal from the road.

11:34 a.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Main Street to take a report on a theft.

10:48 p.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Old Mammoth Road to scare a bear away from a restaurant.

October 10

6:27 p.m. Someone called to report an open door on Lodestar Drive and said they had returned from fishing and the door to the neighborin­g unit was open and there was not a vehicle in the area.

9:53 p.m. Someone called to report a possible hazard on Lake Mary Road and said a black hatch back Subaru was parked partially in the road with the hazard lights on and the car was empty.

11:39 p.m. Someone called to report a bear on Twin Lakes Loop Road and said a bear was seen getting into a bear box.

October 11

8:02 a.m. Someone called to report a bear on Sugar Pine Drive and said a bear was in the trash can. The reporting person said a neighbor pulled up in their car and attempted to scare it off by honking the horn but it would not leave.

3:49 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Manzanita Road and said their ex had come to visit their dogs and was refusing to leave.

9:36 p.m. Someone called to report a suspicious person on Sierra Park Road and said they had gone out to their car and noticed someone wearing a headlamp and looking into the cars in the parking lot.

9:00 a.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Old Mammoth Road to help transport a student to school.

11:29 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Old Mammoth Road and said their ex was at the residence and was refusing to leave.

October 13

12:46 p.m. Someone called to report a theft on Main Street and said a 1997 Red Rock Hopper was stolen and they were informed it was seen in the possession of an older homeless person.

1:16 p.m. Someone called to report an animal issue on Fascinatio­n and said a Husky dog had been tied to a tree for the past three days.

3:27 p.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Main Street to check on a report of someone in possession of a stolen bike.

3:36 p.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Old Mammoth Road to assist a subject who was asking for help.

5:11 p.m. Someone called to report lost property on Minaret Road and said they had lost the plates to a Toyota Tundra earlier in the week.

10:11 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Chateau Road and said a female subject was under the influence of a substance and was hitting other people in the area.

October 14

4:18 p.m. Someone called to report a traffic collision on Old Mammoth Road and said the other vehicle involved was occupied by two passengers and one occupant had a bloody nose.

10:46 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Ranch Road and said two people were involved in a physical fight while in an area with about 30 other people.

11:48 p.m. Someone called to report suspicious circumstan­ces on Old Mammoth Road and said their neighbors were attempting to ‘get back at them’ by forcing them to take ecstasy. The reporting person stated they did not want officers to respond.

October 15

12:23 a.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Old Mammoth Road and said they were having issues with their neighbor and they had flushed ecstasy down the toilet.

3:44 a.m. Someone called to request medical aid on Majestic Pines Drive and said a male subject had been drinking and might need his stomach pumped.

6:55 a.m. Someone called to report an alarm on Tavern Road and said 10 people were on the property and it should be vacant.

9:17 a.m. Someone called to report a reckless driver at Lakes Basin and said the driver of a beige GMC Yukon had thrown a beer bottle out the window.

4:41 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Meridian Boulevard and said a subject was screaming and attempting to pick a fight.

5:48 p.m. Someone called to report a possible hazard on Lake Mary Road and said multiple cars were parked in the middle of the road.

9:02 p.m. Someone called to report an assault on Meridian Boulevard and said they were speaking with a guest and the guest punched them in the face and was following them while they are trying to leave the area.
