12:11 a.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Old Mammoth Road to advise on illegal camping in a parking lot.

4:56 a.m. Someone called to report smoke on St. Anton and said a large amount of smoke was coming out of a chimney and believe they can hear the smoke alarm going off in the unit as well.

12:06 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Mammoth Slopes Drive and said the driver of a grey Tacoma had honked their horn and was yelling at them.

4:44 p.m. Someone called to report a parking problem on Lakeview Boulevard and said they had lost their keys to their Ford F150 and lost and found was already closed for the day. The reporting person was concerned because the vehicle was in an area that did not allow overnight parking.

8:18 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Lakeview Boulevard and said they had been threatened and spit on by a bald man wearing glasses. The parties were separated at the time of the call.

March 19

1:25 a.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Old Mammoth Road to issue a parking citation.

10:41 a.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Club Drive and said someone had pulled the fire alarm, locked the downstairs door with a screwdrive­r and threw a chair at a window. The reporting person said the subject was wearing a towel and might be suffering from a mental issue.

3:20 p.m. Someone called to report an intoxicate­d person on Old Mammoth Road and said a drunk man was wandering in the street, coming close to traffic and was pulling down his pants.

4:33 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Minaret Road and said a group of five people were being disruptive and aggressive towards staff members. The reporting person said they would like assistance having the group escorted off the property.

March 20

3:52 a.m. Someone called to report suspicious circumstan­ces on Minaret Road and said a group of people were talking outside and they had followed them from Carlsbad. The reporting person said the group were attempting to talk to them about a court case and mentioned they had a gun and a bomb. Dispatch noted the reporting person was not able to confirm any descriptio­ns of the group or if they could recognize their voices.

10:14 a.m. Someone called to report a traffic collision on Rainbow Lane and said an unoccupied Subaru Outback had slid into their Toyota and they are unable to move their vehicle.

10:43 a.m. Someone called to report harassment on Columbus Avenue and said they are receiving threatenin­g emails from a subject residing in Mammoth. The reporting person said the subject wanted to inflict physical harm to them.

3:07 p.m. Someone called to report a hit and run on Lake Mary Road and said the driver of a silver Toyota Tundra had hit their vehicle and left the area.

4:19 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on

Main Street and said a subject with special needs was being physically aggressive with family members and threw a bowl at the wall.

4:49 p.m. Someone called to report a disturbanc­e on Sawmill Cutoff and said the driver of a silver Toyota had punched them and was attempting to drive away. The reporting person said they were bleeding from the attack.

7:23 p.m. Someone called to report an assault on Sierra Park Road and said they had been attacked by their sister.

March 21

8:11 a.m. Someone called to report suspicious circumstan­ces on Old Mammoth Road and said an unknown male subject had entered the building and was not an employee.

8:59 p.m. Someone called to request assistance on Minaret Road and said they had received a call for a welfare check on a subject who had not been heard from in a couple of days. The reporting person said they checked on the subject and believe they are deceased.

11:46 p.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Forest Trail to advise on illegal camping.

March 22

9:02 a.m. Someone called to request assistance on Starwood Drive and said they would like an officer to keep the peace while a terminated employee removes items from the property.

2:52 p.m. Someone called to report a parking problem on Lakeview Boulevard and said a white Audi was parked in front of a fire hydrant and a red sedan was blocking the driveway to the undergroun­d parking lot.

4:15 p.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Lake Mary Road to check on a report of a parking complaint.

7:06 p.m. Someone called to report a fight on Old Mammoth Road and said two subjects were escorted outside for an altercatio­n with the bartender and for breaking a picture.

March 23

8:50 a.m. Someone called to report a traffic collision on Minaret Road and said the drivers of a Honda and Toyota were involved in an accident and one vehicle was blocking a lane of traffic.

11:17 a.m. Someone called to report a parking problem on Rainbow Lane and said a grey Sprinter van was in a handicap spot without a parking placard.

12:12 p.m. Someone called to report an animal issue on Lakeview Boulevard and said an off leash dog tried to attack them and their dog. The reporting person said they were able to use a shovel to separate the dogs.

March 24

7:37 a.m. Someone called to report illegal camping on Sawmill Cutoff and said a group of about four people had tents set up, trash scattered all over the area and they were doing donuts in the parking lot.

10:32 a.m. A Mammoth Lakes Police officer stopped on Lakeview Boulevard to issue a parking citation.

12:00 p.m. Someone called to report a traffic collision on Rainbow Lane and said there was a four vehicle pileup and all the cars were blocking the roadway.
