Janice Kaye Marczak

-

Janice Kaye Marczak (Zebroski) passed on while performing physical therapy at Novato Health Center, Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the age of 70.

Jann was born October 23, 1950 into a loving family, which helped to guide her strong sense of connection to family, travel, and art.

She was born in Junction City, KS and lived in the Ozarks; Fukuoka, Japan; Stuttgart, Germany; Pacific Grove, CA; Milford, MI; Birmingham, MI; and Taipei, Taiwan; until she married and moved to New York.

She eventually worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in San Francisco. She loved high fashion and had found her place traveling and rubbing elbows with international clothing designers. She always reached down to our younger family members, offering laughs and guidance. There are countless stories of her interacting and coordinating family actions. Beyond family was her love of friends, animals, and gatherings. She had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor and connection.

She’ll live on now, deep within our hearts, alongside our wonderful ancestors. She joins our mother and father, Lee and Chet Zebroski, and oldest sister Sharon Spencer, watching over and chiding us along our way.

Jann is survived by her loving family, younger brother Chet Zebroski Jr. and Lauren Finch and their families.

A memorial celebration is being planned, but not yet set. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local SPCA in memory of Jann and her wonderful guiding spirit.
