a community meeting 6-8 p.m., April 13 at the Metropolit­an United Methodist Church, 3385 Metropolit­an Church Road, to learn about the Pomonkey Mixed-Use Historic District. The Ottery Group will present recommenda­tions for preservati­on tools and programs, economic
