Waldorf dealer earns 10th Triple Crown Award from Ford Motor Co.

Waldorf Ford received recognition by Ford Motor Company recently with the prestigious Triple Crown Award, according to a news release.

The award was presented for exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the year of 2016.

In addition to receiving the Triple Crown Award, Waldorf Ford was also awarded the Presidents’ Award, and is a member of the Ford Premier Club. This award is granted to dealers that exhibit exceptional customer service and have ranked in the top 100 Ford dealers nationwide in regards to sales.

This is the 10th time that Waldorf Ford has been awarded the Triple Crown, and is one of two Ford dealers in the Eastern Region being recognized, among 24 Ford dealers nationwide.

“We’re so proud of our team for acquiring such a prestigious award as a result of their outstanding customer service, for the 10th time. It’s a huge honor, and we couldn’t be more impressed with our staff,” Steve Raley, general manager of Waldorf Ford, said in the news release.
