In addition to production and service awards, Bare was also honored as the 2016 No. 1 Top-Producing Agent for CENTURY 21 New Millennium and the No. 2 Top-Producing Agent in the Mid-Atlantic Region for the CENTURY 21 brand. She has remained in the Top 25 individual producers nationally for the CENTURY 21 brand for the last 10 years.

“These awards are a tremendous accomplishment for Cheryl Bare and a testament to her unwavering commitment to professional excellence and customer satisfaction,” Mary Lynn Stone, president and co-owner of CENTURY 21 New Millennium, said in the release. “Cheryl is a valued and trusted real estate resource for the Southern Maryland community and a major contributor to our overall success.”

A Southern Maryland native, Bare has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, averaging 100 units each year with approximately 89 percent of her business generated from referrals.

“My entire career in real estate has been built around focusing on individual needs and providing positive results for each client I come into contact with,” Bare said in the release. “I’m grateful to be recognized by both SMAR and CENTURY 21 and look forward to serving my clients in Southern Maryland for years to come.”
