South­ern Mary­land In­vi­ta­tional Live­stock Expo (SMILE)

reg­is­tra­tions will be ac­cepted through May 25 for the June 23-25 event at St. Mary’s County Fair­grounds, Leonard­town. Expo will cel­e­brate the showmanship tal­ents of young peo­ple with an in­ter­est in rais­ing live­stock and is a mix of com­pe­ti­tion, learn­ing and fun. Open to youth ages 8-21 years, res­i­dent in the five-county re­gion of South­ern Mary­land and other Mary­land coun­ties by in­vi­ta­tion.
