Cartoscelli graduates
Michael Cartoscelli, vice president, digital channels manager at Tri Counties Bank, graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School, a three-year graduatelevel program for the financial services community.
The program is in partnership with the University of Washington Graduate School of Business.
Cartoscelli, a lifelong Yuba City resident, has worked in banking for 28 years, the past four at Tri Counties.
He has a master’s of business administration degree and bachelor’s degree in finance from Chico State University.
His community involvement includes helping coach basketball at River Valley High School, the Sons of Italy and National Italian American Foundation. He has served on the boards of the Sutter-North Medical Foundation, the Yuba City and Sutter County planning commissions and the Peach Tree Medical Clinic.
Harris Corp., Colorado Springs, Colo., was awarded a $27,972,060 federal contract this month by the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center for ballistic missile early warning system pave phased array warning system sustainment support. Work will be performed at Beale Air Force Base; Cape Cod Air Force Station, Mass.; Clear Air Force Station, Alaska; Colorado Springs; Thule Air Force Station, Greenland; and Fylingdales Air Force Station, United Kingdom.
