FELONY ARRESTS

Robert S. Hopkins, 39, of the 9400 block of Spring Valley Road, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 2 p.m. March 19 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Kolton J. Tipton, 23, of the 4300 block of Karchner Road, Sheridan, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 12:14 p.m. March 19 on the 5100 block of Lindhurst Avenue on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Joshua P. Scarberry, 33, of the 5800 block of Grove Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 11:30 p.m. March 18 at his residence on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Ginger A. Hughes, 44, of the 2200 block of McGowan Parkway, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 8:29 p.m. March 18 on Via Grande on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Michael A. Clark, 30, of Olivehurst was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 1:46 a.m. March 18 on Arboga Road and Maplehurst Street on suspicion of concealing a dirk or dagger. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Rebecca S. Jester, 31, of the 4400 block of Fleming Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:26 a.m. March 19 on McGowan Parkway east of Powerline Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Ryan J. Horsfall, 19, of the 1100 block of East 19th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:23 a.m. March 19 on E Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Rashaun R. Simonise, 21, of the 10200 block of Vader Creek Lane, Wilton, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:40 a.m. March 18 on Virginia Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
