Alex W. Skaggs, 21, of the 9500 block of Hobbs Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:06 a.m. on March 25 at Highway 99 and Smith Road on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Edward L. Cole, 45, of the 1000 block of Grand Avenue, Brent P. McGowen, 37, of the 1000 block of Grand Avenue and Ian E. Oliver, 40, of the 4500 block of Bowman Drive, all in Olivehurst, were arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:30 a.m. on March 24 in the 8500 block of Highway 20 on suspicion of burglary and criminal conspiracy. They were booked into Sutter County Jail.

Justin K. Dobbins, 24, of the 1600 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:21 p.m. on March 24 in the 1100 block of Ramirez Street on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Lily M. Gomez, 32, of the 400 block of Bird Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:25 a.m. March 23 in the 300 block of Bird Street on suspicion of vandalism. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Mark A. Drummond, 46, of the 500 block of Park Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 6:30 a.m. March 23 at his residence on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Spencer R. Keck, 18, of the 1400 block of Yolanda Drive, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 12:13 a.m. March 23 in the 1500 block of Rushing Street on suspicion of discharging a firearm and vandalism. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Harman S. Shahi, 22, of the 900 block of Woodridge Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Departmentt at 2:51 a.m. on March 25 at Franklin and Barrett roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Douglas L. Yadon, 30, of the 4300 block of Martel Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:25 a.m. on March 25 at Plumas and Center streets. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Justin M. Apaseo, 28, of the 200 block of Allen Circle, Colusa, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:01 p.m. on March 24 at the Sutter County Jail. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Thomas W. Snyder, 41, of the 800 block of Ross Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:32 a.m. on March 24 at Highway 99 and Wilson Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Elias Lopez-Hernandez, 23, of the 700 block of Cooper Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:55 a.m. on March 24 at Live Oak Boulevard and Queens Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
