FELONY ARRESTS

Ricky R. Hilton, 22, of the 3300 block of George Washington Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department at 3:29 p.m. March 25 at his residence on suspicion of vandalism and conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Wesley M. Slattery, 33, of the 1800 block of Woodland Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1 p.m. March 25 in the 100 block of Morton Street, Yuba City, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Devin C. Ballard, 28, of Lincoln was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department at 2:18 a.m. March 26 at Highway 99 and Bishop. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Justin R. Johnson, 25, of the 100 block of Royal River Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:42 a.m. March 26 at Wild River Avenue and Bogue Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Hector Chang, 21, of the 200 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:24 p.m. March 25 at Clark and Jewell avenues. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Norman Respass, 56, of the 1900 block of E. Onstott Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:07 a.m. March 25 at Highway 99 and Messick Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jeri R. Jackson, 36, of the 2500 block of Pepper Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:50 a.m. March 25 at Highway 20 and Township Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs and evading police with a disregard for safety. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
