Bank reports results

River Valley Community Bank reported a net income for the quarter ended March 31 at $629,000 compared to $248,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 ,and $648,000 for the quarter ended Dec. 31. The bank has offices in Yuba City and Grass Valley. Highlights for the quarter also include total assets at $319.4 million compared to $246.0 million as of March 31, 2016; and net interest income of $2.1 million increased from $1.7 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.
