FELONY ARRESTS

Ian V. Martinez, 27, of the 1800 block of Buerra Lane, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 3:45 a.m. May 29 on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jose G. Hernandez Rayas, 44, of the 8300 block of Bailey Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 2:27 a.m. May 29 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Anthony Noble-Cortes, 21, of the 2000 block of Woodruff Lane, Hallwood, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 5 p.m. May 28 in Strawberry Valley on suspicion of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Tina M. McCane, 45, of the 4700 block of Western Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 5:27 a.m. May 28 on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

John M. Cary, 47, of the 5200 block of Acacia Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 12:21 p.m. May 27 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and vandalism. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Julian R. Cano, 21, of the 1800 block of Baugh Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 11:40 a.m. May 27 in the 1300 block of Pasado Road on suspicion of cruelty to animals. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Pavitar S. Kang, 35, of the 700 block of State Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:15 a.m. May 27 in the 700 block of Plumas Street on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Moses A. Martinez, 33, of the 400 block of J Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 10:47 p.m. May 26 in the 700 block of Almond Avenue on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Rachel A. Hawkins, 31, of the 6000 block of College View Drive, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 5 p.m. May 26 at her residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Jessica L. Major, 28, of Sacramento was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:19 p.m. May 29 at Camp Far West. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Mary L. Penner, 50, of Roseville was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 1:21 a.m. May 29. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Todd A. Percox, 32, of Sacramento was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:06 p.m. May 28 at Toyota Amphitheatre. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Vincent J. Avina, 30, of the 16000 block of Frenchtown Road, Brownsville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:08 p.m. May 28 in Dobbins. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Sergey S. Lukovenko, 23, of North Highlands was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 7:25 p.m. May 28 in Wheatland. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jaime Quintero-Garcia, 24, of the 900 block of Grand Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 10:50 p.m. May 26 at Highway 20 and Harter Parkway. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
