Omar A. Rodriguez Saavedra, 34, of Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:06 p.m. June 16 in Sutter on suspicion of bringing alcohol into a jail and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Michael A. Walker, 44, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:12 p.m. June 16 in the 1100 block of B Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
