Workshop will focus on compassion fatigue

Yuba Sutter Domestic Animal Disaster Assistance is hosting a workshop on compassion fatigue for persons who helped during Red Cross recent disasters or worked with animals.

The workshop includes information on staying balanced and mentally healthy during stressful periods.

The free program is at 6:30 p.m. June 26 at the Red Cross office, 2125 E. Onstott Road in Yuba City, with licensed clinical social worker Debbie Knight.
