FELONY ARRESTS

Seth P. Massey, 24, of Auburn and Branden A. Magnes, 23, of Placerville were arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 5:48 a.m. June 18 in the 6700 block of Garden Highway on suspicion of conspiracy and attempted robbery. Both were booked into Sutter County Jail.

Kelly D. Ferguson, 45, of the 600 block of Spiva Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 a.m. June 18 at Rain Tree Carwash on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jeremy A. Hammons, 26, of the 2500 block of Oswald Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:04 p.m. June 17 in the 1300 block of Kean Drive on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Jason R. Eufracio Rodriguez, 18, of the 600 block of G Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:50 a.m. June 18 on Butte House Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Juan R. Machuca Leal, 32, of the 00 block of Carson Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:11 a.m. June 18 at Highway 20 and El Margarita Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
