FELONY ARRESTS

Julian A. Martinez, 29, of the 1300 block of Dustin Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:20 a.m. June 25 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Eliaz Suarez, 39, of the 2700 block of Pennington Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 10:31 p.m. June 24 in the 9800 block of Broadway on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, a felon in possession of ammunition, carrying a dirk or dagger, carrying a concealed weapon, receiving known stolen property and possession of a large capacity magazine. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Guy R. Martinez, 29, of the 5000 block of Griffith Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:05 a.m. June 25 in the 300 block of Teegarden Avenue on suspicion of evading police with a disregard for safety and possession of an opium pipe or syringe.

Daniel L.E. Tuttle, homeless, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:05 a.m. June 25 at the Yuba County Jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of an opium pipe or syringe. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Brian L. Reeder, 49, of the 2000 block of Becky Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:25 p.m. June 24 at his residence on suspicion of false imprisonment, attempting to prevent or dissuade another person who has been a victim or witness to a crime and vandalism. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Tyson D. Samuel, homeless was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:30 p.m. June 24 at Lynn Way and Market Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of an opium pipe or syringe. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Brian Figueroa-Curiel, 26, of the 1400 block of Wendall Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:45 p.m. June 24 at Queens Avenue and Live Oak Boulevard on suspicion of possession of an opium pipe or syringe. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Lila V. Davalos, 40, of the 2600 block of Laurellen Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:23 p.m. June 24 in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Berrospe S. Macias, 38, of Gridley was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:40 a.m. June 24 at Highway 99 and Queens Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
