What is going on in Yuba County? The answer is nothing! Sutter County has a new Holiday Inn Express coming, an ULTA retail/salon store is coming soon, a new farm supply store, and a few more tax-generating endeavors.

What is wrong with Yuba County? Why do I have to drive out of the area or into another county to buy decent clothes?

Yuba County is dying on the vine and the supervisors are woefully inadequate to fix the problems. I believe they should be thrown out of office and a new, progressive group take over so we can again shop in our own town, (not looking at Walmart, either) and generate a tax base so we don’t have to get an alignment on our vehicles every time we drive on our pathetic roads!

Steve Watson bility people have. Especially pit bulls. The pets are only doing what is natural if they are not spayed and neutered. It’s your fault if it is allowed to happen.

The article in the paper about the adult pit bulls that were euthanized and the 11 puppies that were euthanized had few details, so I can only surmise the owners were neglectful and irresponsible for their pets.

Go to the animal shelters and see all of the innocent creatures that have a death sentence hanging over them. We don’t need anymore unwanted pets who will be killed due to human inaction.

This whole issue breaks my heart. Knowing those puppies died because the people that allowed the female to reproduce and attack people on public land infuriates me.

I am an animal lover. Please spay and neuter your pets. Whoever allowed this awful situation to happen should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and never be allowed to have pets.
