Haley R. Ronson, 27, of Marysville was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 4:02 p.m. Aug. 31 at the Yuba County Jail on suspicion of bringing or sending a controlled substance into a jail. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Brandon T. Dobbins, 23, of the 500 block of Garden Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:20 p.m. Aug. 31 at the intersection of Blue Street and East 10th Street on suspicion of stalking, arson and possession of a leaded weapon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Roy A. Montgomery, 46, of Penn Valley was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 10:27 p.m. Aug. 30 at the Taco Bell on North Beale Road on suspicion of forgery. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Kevin S. Umfress, 52, homeless was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:19 p.m. Aug. 30 in the 900 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of threatening to commit a crime and use of force. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Marie S. Kelley, 46, of Cameron Park was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 3 on Plumas Arboga Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Ashley B. Whitehead, 33, of Chico was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:12 p.m. Sept. 2 at the Toyota Amphitheatre. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Joshua D. Woosley, 26, of the 1900 block of Country Club Court, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:21 a.m. Sept. 2 on Country Club Court. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
