FELONY ARRESTS Roberto Orocio, 26, of the 400 block of Emerson Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:44 p.m. Feb. 9 at the intersection of B Street and Courthouse Way on suspicion of threatening to commit a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Joseph A. Potts, 39, of the 1200 block of J Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:52 p.m. Feb. 9 at his residence on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Renetta D. Williams, 43, of the 23045 Hydraulic Way, Big Oak Valley, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:38 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 900 block of Chestnut Street on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Antwan J. Muccular, 50, homeless was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:35 a.m. Feb. 9 at the intersection of Louise Avenue and Gray Avenue on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Ryan K. Devriend, 30, of the 1300 block of Oregon Creek Way, Plumas Lake, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 10 a.m. Feb. 9 on Oregon Creek Way on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and threatening to commit a crime. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Donald R. Fair, 56, of the 2200 block of Mage Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:04 p.m. Feb. 9 at the intersection of Arboga Road and McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Edward Cusato, 28, of the first block of Montana Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:38 a.m. Feb. 9 at the intersection of Bridge Street and Boyd Street. He was booked into
