Sutter County candidates, elections office gearing up for primary

Board of Supervisors District 2, held by incumbent Dan Flores. He has filed his in-lieu signatures form (gathering signatures from voters in the district lowers the filing fee.)
Board of Supervisors District 3, held by Larry Munger, who has announced he will not be running for re-election. Mike Ziegenmeyer and Paul Basi have filed their in-lieu signatures forms and Bert Manuel has completed the filing process.
County superintendent of schools, held by incumbent Baljinder Dhillon. She and Tom Reusser have filed their in-lieu signatures.
District attorney, held by incumbent Amanda Hopper. She and Chris Carlos have filed their inlieus for the position.
Auditor-controller, held by incumbent Nate Black.
Sheriff, held by incumbent J. Paul Parker, who has announced his retirement. Jeff Pierce, Brandon Barnes, and Dennis Hauck have filed their in-lieus for the sheriff position.
Assessor, currently held by incumbent Todd Retzloff.
Clerk-recorder, held by incumbent Donna Johnston, who has filed her in lieu signatures paperwork.
Treasurer-tax collector, held by incumbent Steven Harrah*.
James Gallagher has filed his in-lieu signatures for the State Assembly District 3 seat, which he holds.
