More than two years after an 18-year-old was shot and killed in front of his home, police arrested three more teenagers in the case. One other was already facing charges for the killing.

Police on Tuesday morning arrested Carlos Cornejo, 18, of Yuba City; Alexander Rohde, 18, of Sacramento; and a 16-year-old boy from Oroville. The Yuba City Police Department received assistance from the Sutter County District Attorney’s Office, Sacramento County Probation and the Butte County Sheriff’s Department in the arrests, said Yuba City Police Lt. Jim Runyen.

The victim, Tyler Pacheco, had recently graduated from River Valley High School when he was

Sheriff’s Lt. Rob Bringolf said.

An autopsy is scheduled today, though authorities are unsure if it will positively identify the person, Bringolf said. Sheriff Keith Royal said it’s likely dental records or DNA will be required to positively identify the person’s identity.

“They did recover a female body in a state of decomposition,” Royal said.

Shabani, who appeared in the 2017 film “All or Nothing,” was last seen Feb. 23 at her Hollywood apartment with Spotz. Contacted after family reported her missing, Spotz told police he argued with Shabani and she left his car in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles police said.

Hayes said he had no information corroborating Spotz’s story.

“That’s the last time she’s seen alive,” he said of a Feb. 23 elevator surveillance photo showing her and Spotz. “That’s the last credible information we have.”

According to Hayes, Spotz drove to Northern California where he has family. Shabani likely was placed in a shallow grave on Feb. 23 or 24. Spotz returned to Los Angeles on Feb. 24. Days later he drove to Colorado with a different woman, his fiancee.

Police said that on March 1 detectives named Spotz as a person of interest in Shabani’s disappearance. Authorities on March 23 saw his 2015 Toyota Tacoma, leading to a chase that ended in Riverside County, where Spotz killed himself.
