FELONY ARRESTS

Brandon A. J. Clayton, 32, homeless was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 11:17 p.m. April 8 in the 1500 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Noey Johnson Jr., 34, of the 4700 block of Western Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:30 p.m. April 8 at his residence on suspicion of spousal abuse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Henry C. Ramus, 28, of the 600 block of H Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 2:37 p.m. April 8 at the Rio Inn and Suites on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Douglas L. Swope, 63, of the 700 block of April Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:15 p.m. April 8 in the 1000 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of grand theft over $950. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Justin A. Clayton, 31, of the 6700 block of Progress Road, Meridian, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 12:30 p.m. April 8 at the intersection of Park Avenue and Gold Street on suspicion of evading a peace officer, a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and a prohibited person in possession of ammunition. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Wayne W. Tucker, 26, of the 1200 block of Nadene Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 4:24 a.m. April 8 at the intersection of Sixth Street and High Street on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Luis A. Cruz, 39, of Yuba City was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 5:22 p.m. April 7 in the 1600 block of Shasta Way on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Steven D. Euerle, 60, of the 5500 block of Feather River Boulevard, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:14 a.m. April 7 at the intersection of Levee Road and Country Club Road on suspicion of evading a peace officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Stacy M. Mendoza, 35, of Sacramento was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:39 p.m. April 8 on Highway 70. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Joshua J. Wheeler, 29, of the 14000 block of Pass Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:09 p.m. April 8 on Poole Boulevard. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
