CLASSROOM NOTES

First through Fourth grades.

On the 17th, First and Third grade students will participat­e in the Fine Arts Festival at River Valley High School. Also that night starting at 6 p.m. the Tierra Buena Talent Show will be held.

The students in the Eighth grade will take their trip to Six Flags on Friday.

Rounding out the week the Boys Volleyball team will take part in a three day tournament, starting on Thursday, at Andros Karperos School.

Franklin School The Franklin Junior High chorus will be going to Brittan School to perform on Wednesday, May 16th. The will also be giving a full choir performanc­e Wednesday night at 6 p.m. in the Franklin gym. Come watch our students show off their musical talent!

We are still looking for some seventh-grade parent volunteers for the Graduation dinner on May 18th. These parents will help serve dinner and clean up afterward so that the eighth-grade parents can enjoy the evening. Please let us know if you can help for even part of the evening. It will be at Hope Point Church on George Washington Boulevard from 5 to 9. Twin Rivers Charter School On Tuesday, the 15th, there will be a field trip for third grade students in the classes of Katie Peacock and Sandeep Athwal. They will tour the City of Yuba City as part of the third-grade curriculum.

Wednesday is our next Free Dress Day.

The Twin Rivers Charter School music program presents Annie, Jr. at 7 p.m. at TRCS in the Karshoej Family Gymnasium, 2510 Live Oak Blvd. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door, $5 for adults and $1 for students under 17. All current TRCS students will get in free both nights. Come enjoy the show.

Friday evening the Middle School students will have a dance from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
