Re: Sen. John Mccain

-

I am horrified at the reported statement of a White House staff member in reference to Sen. John Mccain: “He is dying anyway.” If that is a correct quote, the staffer should be fired immediately, as that is an absolutely shameless and heartless statement, no matter how you feel about Sen. Mccain.

But even worse, is the person who repeated the statement publicly, because it was repeated with evil intent. It was designed to hurt and destroy, which is even worse than the original statement.

I have never in my life (over 72 years), seen a more hateful, vicious, evil group of people than the ones so openly (and shamefully) trying to tear down President Trump. This goes beyond political; they are obviously out to destroy him and deny him any chance to do anything positive. Let alone give credit for things he does or tries to do to benefit the American people.

Granted, I do not always agree with everything he does or says and sometimes cringe at some of them. He is not a “polished” politician, which is exactly why I like him; he is a businessman, which is exactly what we need. We certainly don’t need any more self-serving moneygrubbing politicians, looking to line their own pockets at our expense.

Shame on the one who made the statement; but even more shame on the one who repeated it. President Trump, you have way too many traitors in your midst.
