FELONY ARRESTS

William N. Todd, 54, of the 1100 block of Forestwood Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:35 p.m. July 2 in the 1500 block of Adams Road on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Malcom F. Harvey, 34, of the 100 block of Kings Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:05 p.m. July 2 in the 800 block of West Onstott Avenue on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Daniel T. Stacy, 23, of the Nice Inn, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 8:35 p.m. July 2 in the 100 block of 10th Street, Marysville, on suspicion of buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Michael C. Neal, 30, of the 1500 block of Calistoga Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 9:45 a.m. July 2 in the 700 block of Yuba Street on suspicion of sexual penetration with a foreign object. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jesse L. Stewart, 55, of the 1400 block of Simpson Lane, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 6:50 a.m. July 2 in the 1700 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Anthony T. Pizarro, 23, of the 1100 block of El Margarita Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:20 p.m. July 2 at Colusa Avenue and Civic Center Boulevard. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Stan A. Kuperus, 41, of the 7200 block of Doc Adams Road, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:05 a.m. July 2 at F at 10th streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
